Managing Director
Started a business in the hopes of assisting a large number of people. Er. Ansar Babu has a wealth of knowledge and makes excellent decisions with the help of professional guidance and assistance. He’s a well-known businessman who’s worked in various industries inside and outside the country and prioritizes client satisfaction. Ansar Babu started his career as an engineering faculty member before becoming an Assistant Engineer at the Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB). He joined Dubai Electricity & Water Authority as an Executive Engineer after completing his MBA in Business Administration.
From there, he entered the business world, a field in which he was interested. He consistently emphasizes the good aspects of his career, and understanding the ins and outs of many areas assists him in honing his skills and expanding his chances. Thanks to his extensive expertise and knowledge, he’s now prepared to help a group of clients. He has designed and overseen many real estate and technological initiatives. Mr. Ansar Babu has made a reputation for himself in a variety of industries, including IT, Real Estate, Education, Hospitality, Consultancy Services, Business Start-ups, Project Management, and Funding. Aijaz Khan is an executive wizard whose expertise spans a gamut of commercial roles – Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Operations, Resource Management, Product Management, Revenue Enhancement (and more) – that which strengthened the telecom realm of two continents – Asia and Africa. With an astonishing 25 years of experience in Telecom, ICT, FinTech, Chain Retailing, FMCG and Health Industries, he had led a team of 100+ functional and cross functional employees as the Director of Airtel Money business in Tanzania.
Specialising in Marketing and Management Science from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management with a certification on Strategy in Action from Harvard Business School, Aijaz Khan started as an Assistant Product Manager at Max Worth Green Harvest Limited, Chennai in 1993. In just 20 years since, he was driving growth with full P&L responsibility for Mobile Money business with USD 1.8 Billion yearly turnover and 4 Million customer base all the while managing a Gross Revenue worth USD 250 Million as the Head of Direct Sales Strategy & Distribution for Airtel Tanzania.
Aijaz Khan, now the Founder and Chairman of Laimar Hotels International LLP, India, is ready to embark upon a new journey and tackle newer challenges. He is currently in the board of many Small medium enterprises in India and Middle East to assist them in transforming the organisations

Robin’s career spans significant roles in government, quasi-government, and private sectors, where he has consistently demonstrated his adept leadership and strategic prowess.
His exceptional stewardship and ability to understand and address complex business challenges have been instrumental in achieving notable successes. Dr. Abdul Salam Mohammed brings over 25 years of extensive experience across Telecom, FinTech, Chain Retailing, FMCG, and Health sectors. His leadership has spanned two continents, holding pivotal roles in prominent companies such as Bharti Airtel, Videocon, Tata Group, RPG Group, and Food World Retail. As the head of Direct Sales Strategy and Distribution for Airtel Tanzania, he managed a gross revenue of USD 250 million, showcasing his expertise in driving business growth.
Dr. Abdul Salam’s influence extends beyond the corporate realm. As an Executive Advisor to the Madinah Development Authority, he has significantly contributed to urban planning and development. His tenure as Geographic Information Officer for the Government of Abu Dhabi underscores his dedication to leveraging technology for effective governance. Additionally, his impactful roles at the National Informatics Centre and the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) highlight his commitment to technological and scientific advancements.
